Confido helps CPG brands understand and optimize their performance in brick and mortar retail. We work with emerging category winners like Olipop, Chomps, Dr. Squatch, and established category leaders like Baskin Robbins Ice Cream. Today, we sell two products: an accounting automation product that helps brands automate more than 1 million transactions a year and a forecasting product that helps brands forecast more than $1B in retail sales.
Job Responsibilities- Identify high potential accounts: Build lists of relevant accounts that should be Confido customers
- Outbound: Send target accounts high quality outbound messages
- Build the tech stack: Identify gaps in our infrastructure and find vendors to mitigate the gaps
- Relevant experience: 1+ year meeting and exceeding quota in an SDR/BDR role or 1+ year of experience in consulting, investment banking or investing
- Exceptional written communication skills: Ability to create creative and compelling content that resonates with our various buyer personas
- Deep customer empathy: You're excited to learn about our buyers and understand their problems
- Analytical: You can measure what's working and adapt to market feedback
- Hunger to win: We're not hiring you to be a career SDR, we'd like to see you expand into a role with increasingly expanded responsibility in 8-12 months
- $90k to $110k base salary + uncapped commission > $140k to $160k OTE
- .05% to.1% equity
- Paid relocation
- Fully paid healthcare
- Based full-time in our NYC office with regular travel
