As the firm continues to expand, they are looking to appoint a high-calibreOperations Manager to their team. This is a pivotal position where your primary objective will be to drive operational excellence while actively supporting sales and elevating key client relationships. This role is tailor-made for a hands-on professional with a robust background in life, pensions, and investments administration within a fast-paced brokerage or wealth management environment. Responsibilities Play a central role in elevating the client experience, ensuring that operational workflows directly enhance the customer journey and support client retention. Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders, high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and external life company/provider partners. Actively support the firm's sales function by ensuring the administration and operational frameworks can seamlessly handle increased business volume and pipeline execution. Proactively identify new business leads The Ideal Candidate Extensive operational and administrative experience within financial services, specifically drawn from a wealth management, comprehensive financial planning, or high-volume life and pensions brokerage environment. A deep, technical understanding of complex pension structures, life assurance, investment products, and broader wealth management solutions. Holding relevant financial services qualifications; the Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation (or equivalent) is highly desirable. A proven track record of enabling business growth and supporting sales through operational efficiency. A hands-on, pragmatic professional who isn't afraid to get into the details of daily administration while maintaining a high-level strategic view. Possesses excellent problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and exceptional communication skills.
