Job Title
Responsible for directing the activities of treasury management sales officers. Will market and sell the entire range of department products and services throughout Fulton Financial Corporation's geographical footprint. Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site or hybrid career opportunity located within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Open to consider remote work location. Must be able to travel within footprint a minimum of once a month. Responsibilities include management oversight for generating income and sales opportunities, assisting in the design and presentation of sales seminars, managing sales officer activities, maintaining open communication with senior management, supporting department marketing campaigns, and completing monthly sales reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, Finance or related. (Required) Master's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, Finance or related. (Preferred) 8 or more years Merchant Card Services Sales experience. (Required) 2 or more years Management experience. (Required) Pay Transparency

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $127,800.00 - $213,000.00 annually. This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance. Benefits
