Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee major IT projects. Work with other project managers and technical leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Create and maintain detailed project documentation such as plans and progress reports. Develop and understand project solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs and company expectations. Build strong business relationships and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor project finances, identify potential issues, and manage risks. Lead project meetings and ensure all project aspects are on track. Promote best practices and support continuous improvement within the team. Essential:
Experience in delivering technical projects and managing the software development lifecycle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheets. Familiarity with PRINCE 2 and Agile methodologies. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team and support junior staff. Preferred:
Relevant professional qualifications. Knowledge of DevOps, cloud technologies, and software delivery methods. Experience with OCR, ICR, scanning software, and mailroom digitisation What We Can Offer You:
