Die HSS Services AG unterstützt die Leistungserbringung und die ganzheitliche Weiterentwicklung des Siloah-Verbundes. Als Dienstleistungsplattform für Heime, Spitexorganisationen und Spitäler erbringt sie vielfältige Management- und Supportfunktionen. Dazu gehören: Human Resources, Finanzen, Unternehmensentwicklung und Stab, Einkauf und Logistik, IT, Prozess- und Projektmanagement, Hotellerie sowie Facility Management. Die Mitarbeitenden der HSS Services AG setzen sich stetig dafür ein, die betrieblichen Abläufe optimal zu unterstützen, Dienstleistungen in hoher Qualität zu erbringen und Synergien optimal zu nutzen.
Ihr Aufgabengebiet
Ganzheitliche Beratung und Begleitung der Führungspersonen und Mitarbeitenden im zugeteilten Bereich innerhalb des Siloah-Verbundes über den gesamten HR-Lifecycle, von der Rekrutierung bis zum Austritt
Strategische Personalplanung und Nachfolgeplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungspersonen, unterstützt durch relevante HR-Kennzahlen
Beratung in Fragen der Organisationsentwicklung, Führung und Personalentwicklung
Aktive Begleitung und Gestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen sowie Mitgestaltung der Unternehmenskultur
Leitung von und Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten mit dem Ziel, unsere Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und zu vereinfachen
Ihr Profil
Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung mindestens auf Stufe HR-Fachausweis (oder gleichwertig)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner, idealerweise im Gesundheits- oder Sozialwesen
Hohe Digital- und Datenaffinität, sicherer Umgang mit HR-Tools und Freude an People Analytics
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die auf Augenhöhe mit Führungspersonen agiert und in komplexen Situationen Orientierung gibt
