About
Als senior project management officer draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van complexe projecten binnen een groot maritiem bedrijf. Je ondersteunt de projectmanager door structuur aan te brengen, planningen te bewaken en risico’s te signaleren. Met jouw analytische vaardigheden en organisatorisch talent zorg je ervoor dat projecten binnen scope, tijd en budget worden opgeleverd. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar samenwerking tussen business, IT en externe partijen centraal staat.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Opzetten en bewaken van projectplanningen: inclusief mijlpalen, afhankelijkheden en risico’s.
- Analyseren en coördineren van resources en capaciteit: om een efficiënte inzet van middelen te waarborgen.
- Beheren en structureren van projectdocumentatie: zodat alle informatie toegankelijk en up-to-date blijft.
- Rapporteren van voortgang en signaleren van risico’s: om stakeholders tijdig te informeren.
- Voorbereiden en organiseren van projectmeetings: om een effectieve samenwerking te faciliteren.

- Werken aan een groot strategisch transformatieprogramma.
- Mogelijkheid tot certificeringen zoals Agile of Prince2 advanced.
We zoeken een ervaren en gestructureerde professional die complexe projecten kan ondersteunen en stakeholders effectief kan verbinden.
- HBO/WO diploma in engineering, finance of business administration
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in project support of PMO
- Certificering: Prince2, IPMA-D of vergelijkbaar
- Sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden
- Beschikbaar voor een fulltime rol (40 uur per week)
