ab sofortFür unser Data Analytics Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Data Analytics Engineer (d/m/w) , der Technik, Methodik und Kommunikation souverän verbindet.
In dieser Rolle kombinierst du technisches Engineering-Know-how mit methodischer Klarheit und kommunikativer Stärke. Als Teil des Teams baust du unsere zentrale Datenplattform auf - die Basis für alle Data-Analytics-Use Cases im Unternehmen. Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, Data Scientists und Entwicklern zusammen, übersetzt Anforderungen in skalierbare Datenlösungen und stellst die Qualität, Sicherheit und Nachhaltigkeit unserer Datenlandschaft sicher.
Du verstehst es, technische und fachliche Perspektiven zu verbinden: Du moderierst fachübergreifende Abstimmungen, strukturierst komplexe Zusammenhänge und sorgst dafür, dass datengetriebene Entscheidungen im Unternehmen praktikabel, verständlich und wirksam umgesetzt werden.
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer skalierbaren, sicheren Datenplattform als Grundlage für aktuelle und zukünftige Data-Analytics-Anwendungen
- Konzeption, Implementierung und Betrieb robuster Datenprozesse sowie datengetriebener Services
- Entwicklung und Wartung von Datenpipelines, um eine hohe Datenqualität und zuverlässige Versorgung der Data Scientists sicherzustellen
- Administration des User- und Datenmanagements innerhalb der Plattform
- Evaluierung und Einführung moderner Datenbanklösungen, Tools und Frameworks
- Sicherstellung von Compliance-, Sicherheits- und Stabilitätsstandards
- Aktive Beteiligung an agilen Prozessen, Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Technik und Fachbereichen
- Erfahrung in Moderation, Stakeholder-Kommunikation und Requirements Engineering
- Verständnis für agile Arbeitsweisen (z. B. Scrum) und organisationsübergreifendes Arbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch (mindestens C1)
- Proaktives, lösungsorientiertes Denken und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen, strukturiert aufzubereiten und verständlich zu vermitteln
- Sehr starke DevOps-Kompetenzen (Git, CI/CD-Pipelines, Monitoring, Docker)
- Fundierte Erfahrung in Datenmodellierung und Cloud-Infrastrukturen (z. B. AWS)
- Kenntnisse in SQL, TypeScript und Python
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code, MLOps und Big-Data-Technologien (z. B. Hadoop)
