Group Plant Controller (m/w/d)

- Aufbau klarer, standardisierter Abläufe und Richtlinien, um nachhaltige Transparenz, Vergleichbarkeit und Datenqualität sicherzustellen
- Mitarbeit bei der Standardisierung der jährlichen Planung und Forecasts über alle Produktionsstandorte
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Projekten (z.B. Profit-Center Rechnung, Stammdatenbereinigung, SCD-Analyse)
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Kostenrechnung in SAP inkl. der Methodik und Kontrolle der Kalkulation
- Analyse gruppenweiter KPIs zur Steuerung der Produktionsstandorte sowie Auswertung von Gruppenreports
- Koordination und Überprüfung von Investitionsprojekten sowie Make-or-Buy Entscheidungen
- Ansprechpartner für Group Controlling & BI und Group Accounting
- Abgeschlossenes Studium: Bachelor oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Mindestens 3-5 jährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling/fundierte Controlling-Kenntnisse
- Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse insbesondere in den Modulen CO, FI und MM; Erfahrungen im Modul PP sind wünschenswert, erste Berührungspunkte mit S/4 HANA sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit MS-Office 365, insbesondere in Excel
- Bereitschaft zu funktions- und standortübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Flexibel im Umgang mit technologischen Neuerungen
- Für Schwerbehinderte geeignet, entsprechend dem gestellten Aufgaben- und Anforderungsprofil
