bist Teil des Admin-Teams und unterstützt es in allen organisatorischen Belangen.
betreust unsere Projekte administrativ von A–Z: Von der Erfassung über die Pflege bis zur Dokumentation in unserer webbasierten Projekt-Software.
bist verantwortlich für die monatliche Fakturierung unserer Leistungen und sorgst für korrekte, termingerechte Rechnungen.
unterstützt die Teams bei der Zeiterfassung, übernimmst Support, testest neue Funktionen unseres Systems und führst interne Schulungen durch.
überwachst unsere laufenden Lizenzen und Wartungen im SAP-System, pflegst die relevanten Daten und stellst sicher, dass alle Informationen für die monatliche Fakturierung korrekt und vollständig sind.
führst telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten aus und koordinierst Termine und behältst Deadlines im Auge.
bereitest Daten und Reports strukturiert auf, analysierst die Inhalte und stellst sicher, dass alle Informationen vollständig, korrekt und für interne Auswertungen optimal nutzbar sind.

verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
hast mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, vorzugsweise in der IT-Branche.
bist eine aufgestellte und erfolgreiche Persönlichkeit und hast Freude daran, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und besitzt eine selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kundenorientierung.
besitzt eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz sowie analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen.
hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Outlook, Word, Excel und PowerPoint.
verfügst idealerweise zusätzlich über Buchhaltungskenntnisse.
verfügst über sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch sowie gute Kenntnisse in Englisch.
