Ihre Aufgaben
Business Development & Strategic Projects
Leitung und Umsetzung strategischer Projekte im Zuge unseres Unternehmenswachstums
Identifikation von organisatorischen Optimierungspotenzialen und aktive Mitgestaltung effizienter Strukturen und Prozesse
Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei bereichsübergreifenden Transformations- und Organisationsprojekten
Aufbau von Projektstandards sowie Förderung einer strukturierten Umsetzungskultur
Monitoring von Projektfortschritten sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
Corporate Finance & Financial Governance
Sicherstellung einer professionellen Financial Governance innerhalb der wachsenden Unternehmensgruppe
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung gruppenweiter Finanzstrukturen und Reporting-Standards
Begleitung neu akquirierter Gesellschaften bei der finanziellen Integration (Reporting, Planungsprozesse, Controlling-Strukturen)
Unterstützung bei Liquiditätsplanung, Forecasting und Finanzanalysen auf Gruppenebene
Begleitung von Finanzierungsprojekten sowie Pflege der Beziehungen zu Banken und Finanzierungspartnern
Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Geschäftsleitung und Verwaltungsrat
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Accounting, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
Erste bis mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in Projektmanagement, Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, M&A, Financial Advisory von Vorteil, idealerweise im Industrie- oder Infrastruktursektor
Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und allenfalls Power BI
Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und starke Umsetzungsorientierung
Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise gepaart mit pragmatischer Hands-on-Mentalität
Fähigkeit, in dynamischen Situationen Struktur zu schaffen und Prioritäten zu setzen
Unternehmerisches Denken
Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich aufzubereiten und Lösungen zu entwickeln
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit
