IT Operations Engineer (m/w/d)
Pensum: 80-100 % | Eintritt: per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung
Arbeitsort: Sursee (mit hoher Remote-Flexibilität)
Dein Aufgabengebiet
Als IT Operations Engineer gewährleistest du einen reibungslosen Betrieb unserer IT-Infrastruktur und unterstützt unsere rund 50 Mitarbeitenden in allen technischen Anliegen. Dein Hauptaufgabengebiet umfasst insbesondere den Betrieb unseres mehrheitlich Cloud-basierten IT-Serviceportfolios, die Mitarbeit im Helpdesk sowie die Ausbildung von Lernenden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of IT. Konkret bedeutet dies:
Administration, d.h. Konfiguration, Installation, Wartung, Verwaltung und Überwachung von Windows Clients mithilfe von Microsoft Intune
Administration des gesamten Serviceportfolios von Microsoft 365, bspw. Exchange Online, SharePoint Online und M365 Office Apps
Administration weiterer Tools und Fachapplikationen, inkl. KI-basierter Lösungen (z.B. , OpenAI)
Identity und Access Management (IAM)-Administration: Verwaltung von Benutzeridentitäten und Zugriffsberechtigungen in Microsoft Azure Active Directory
Administration der Serverinfrastruktur auf Microsoft Azure
Installation und Betrieb des organisationseigenen Netzwerks an den Standorten Sursee, Bern und Zürich
Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des IT-Serviceportfolios: Vorbereiten, testen, umsetzen und kommunizieren von Änderungen bzw. IT Changes
Evaluation und Beschaffung neuer Hard- und Softwarelösungen und anschliessende Lizenzverwaltung und Lifecycle-Management
Mitarbeit im IT-Helpdesk und Gewährleistung des IT-Betriebs des ganzen Unternehmens im 1st und 2nd Level Support
Fortlaufende Optimierung der technischen Dokumentation und Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der IT-Betriebsprozesse
Optimierung und Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen mithilfe von Power Automate, PowerShell und vergleichbaren Tools
Technische Unterstützung bei Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Networking Events der Swiss Infosec AG
Integration und Ausbildung der Mediamatiker-Lernenden in den Bereichen Support und IT-Betrieb
Das bringst Du fachlich mit:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker auf Stufe EFZ oder eine Berufsausbildung mit einer Informatikweiterbildung sowie durch Arbeit erlangte Erfahrung in der IT
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft-Produkten wie Office, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure etc.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
