Anstellungsart: Vollzeit
- Leitung unserer EventBankett- und Cateringabteilung
- Organisation und Überwachung der Veranstaltungsabläufe - Verantwortlich für die reibungslose Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
- Sicherstellen einer hohen Gästezufriedenheit sowie die bgesamtheitliche Betreuung der Gäste
- Behandlung von Gästereklamationen
- Kontrolle und ordnungsgemäße Verbuchung im Kassensystem
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller gesetzlicher Vorschriften im Bezug auf Hygiene und Arbeitssicherheit
- Teilnahme an Function-Meetings – enge Abstimmung mit Bankettverkauf, Küche, Stewarding und Floristik
- Personal Planung – Führung eines Teams von ca. 40 Mitarbeitern.
- Sicherstellung und Überwachung des quantitativen und qualitativen Personalstands. Dienstplan- und Urlaubsplangestaltung
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Personaldienstleistungsfirmen
- Schulung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Hotel- oder Restaurantfach
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bankettbereich
- Erfahrung in leitender Funktion
- Engagement und Selbständigkeit
- Servicementalität und Freude am Gast
- EDV Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
