Benchmark at South Farms is hiring full time CNA for 2nd shift, 3p-11p - with an every other weekend rotation. Starting hourly rates is $19.25.
CNA RoleWe are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a certified nursing assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
CNA Duties & Responsibilities- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
