About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Services and Programs Officer (CSPO) to lead the strategic modernization and expansion of its services and programs. The CSPO will be a transformational change leader, responsible for the vision, strategy, and operational excellence of all services, programs, and public affairs activities. This role is pivotal in translating labor market changes, particularly in the context of automation and AI, into practical, participant-centered programs that enhance access to employment and career advancement for individuals facing barriers. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading an innovation agenda, fostering deep employer partnerships, and implementing data-driven performance management to ensure measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of training, career navigation, and support services, and aligning the program mix with the needs of specific target populations. The ideal candidate for the CSPO position at the company will be a strategic and motivated leader, with a proven track record in program and service delivery, and a strong commitment to the mission of eliminating barriers to work and independence. They must be adept at strategic foresight, with the ability to develop and execute a 3-5 year services strategy that anticipates and responds to shifts in labor markets. The role requires a leader who can champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and who is experienced in managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and advancing public policy priorities. The CSPO will also be responsible for building and sustaining partnerships with community organizations, funders, and employers to expand the company's capacity and impact.
