Wat ga je realiseren
Als Product Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het succes van jouw productgroepen. Met jouw strategische visie en marktkennis vertaal je klantbehoeften naar concrete producten en plannen en acties die impact maken.
Wat ga je doen
- Uitvoeren van marktonderzoek en technische én commerciële concurrentieanalyses om trends en klantwensen te identificeren.
- Je houdt de ontwikkelingen van internationale standaarden bij en geeft die betekenis binnen de context van Mokveld op de vlakken van producteisen, en verkoop strategieën.
- Formuleren van een Product Marketing Plan, inclusief waardeproposities en launching plannen.
- Ondersteunt Sales met technische kennis van producten, toepassingen en winnende strategieën.
- Je geeft R&D input voor productontwikkeling, evolutie en nieuwe generaties.
- Ontwikkelen van promotieactiviteiten en marketingmaterialen in samenwerking met Marketing Communicatie.
- Schrijven van artikelen voor vaktijdschriften (in overleg met Marketing Communicatie) en presenteert papers voor op conferenties.
- Bezoeken van klanten en prospects als productspecialist.
- Monitoren van verkoopresultaten en je zoekt naar verbreding van de inzetbaarheid van producten buiten de traditionele marktniches.
- Trainen van nieuwe collega’s en fungeren als eerstelijns vraagbaak voor technische en toepassingsgerichte vragen.
- Deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire projectteams gedurende de productlevenscyclus.
Wat breng je mee
- HBO-opleiding in een technische richting.
- Ervaring binnen de Olie en Gas markt of de Hydropower en watermarkt.
- Aanvullende kennis op het gebied van marketing, commercie en communicatie.
- Ervaring met marktanalyse, productontwikkeling en business cases.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht.
- Analytisch vermogen, visie en commerciële gerichtheid.
- Bereidheid om te reizen (klantbezoeken, beurzen, conferenties).
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal en bij voorkeur een derde taal.
- Competenties zoals; Visie, plannen en organiseren, kwaliteitsbewustzijn en kennis toepassen.
