Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir einen Staff Accountant (m/w/d). In dieser Position übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für eine korrekte, termingerechte Finanzbuchhaltung in SAP, unterstützen Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und wirken an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Prozesse im Rahmen der laufenden Transformation mit.
- Erfassung und Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle in SAP (Haupt- und Nebenbuch)
- Verarbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen, Bankbewegungen sowie internen und externen Belegen
- Sicherstellung korrekter Periodenzuordnung und Buchungsqualität
- Abstimmung und Pflege von Intercompany-Konten
- Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Analyse von Finanzdaten sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem EMEA-Finance-Team und Reporting an das Head Office
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits
- Mitarbeit an Finance-Projekten (z. B. Prozessoptimierungen, Budgetprozesse, Transfer Pricing)
- Aufbau und Pflege eines guten Prozessverständnisses für Produktions- und ERP-Abläufe
Controlling-nahe Aufgaben (begrenzter Umfang)
- Monitoring von Ist-Kosten im Vergleich zum Budget auf Kostenstellenebene
- Erstellung einfacher Plan-/Ist-Abweichungsanalysen
- Unterstützung bei Kostenstellen-Reviews und Management-Reports
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen / Finance / Accounting
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung / im Accounting
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (idealerweise SAP Business One) und MS Office
- Gute Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung und ERP-gestützter Buchhaltung
- IFRS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Verantwortungsvolle Position in einem internationalen Medizintechnikunternehmen
