This role is based in Milwaukee, WI (hybrid office). The Regional Manager, Sales (US Dairy Ingredients) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and expand the company's market share in various segments. This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing relationships with key accounts, and to achieve revenue targets on a global scale. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the industrial food sector; Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones; Create and manage an international sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets; Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction; Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture; Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management; Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; Maintain sales forecasts for its product category; Support marketing efforts, including attending trade fairs in which the company participates; Participate in innovation projects and support new product development on dry ingredients.
