À propos du poste
Pour le compte de l’un de nos clients, Astek Canada recherche un·e Développeur·euse Java back‑end senior pour participer à l’évolution de solutions applicatives stratégiques à forte valeur ajoutée.
Au sein d’une équipe TI expérimentée, vous contribuerez au développement de services back‑end robustes, à l’intégration de systèmes et à l’amélioration continue de plateformes existantes. Le rôle s’inscrit dans un environnement structuré, collaboratif et orienté bonnes pratiques, où la qualité et la fiabilité des solutions sont essentielles
Vos responsabilités
En tant que Développeur·euse Java back‑end senior , vous serez amené·e à :
- Concevoir, développer et faire évoluer des services back‑end en Java
- Participer à la conception et à la consommation d’API pour l’intégration applicative
- Contribuer à des architectures modernes orientées services, microservices et événements
- Participer à l’automatisation des processus d’intégration continue et de déploiement continu
- Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre des enjeux techniques complexes
- Collaborer étroitement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (architectes, analystes, développeur·euse·s)
- Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques de développement, la qualité du code et les tests automatisés
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la stabilité et des performances des solutions
Vos atouts pour réussir
Formation / Expérience
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, génie logiciel ou expérience équivalente
- Expérience significative en développement Java back‑end, niveau senior ou expert
Compétences clés
- Excellente maîtrise de Java et de l’écosystème Spring / Spring Boot
- Expérience avec les microservices, les API et les intégrations applicatives
- Bonne connaissance des outils DevOps : Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, Nexus, Docker
- Expérience souhaitée avec les environnements cloud AWS
- Connaissance des architectures événementielles et de la messagerie (Kafka – atout)
- Bonne compréhension du cycle de vie du développement logiciel et des méthodologies Agile
- À l’aise avec les bases de données relationnelles
- Expérience en observabilité, traçabilité ou conception applicative (atout)
- Certification AWS Developer Associate (atout)
- Leadership et bonnes aptitudes en communication
- Esprit d’équipe et collaboration
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens des priorités
- Capacité d’adaptation et approche orientée solutions
