We are seeking a motivated full-time sales Support Intern to assist with sales and marketing operations, focusing on managing sales data, supporting administrative processes, and enabling effective communication across sales and cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to build real-world experience while contributing to a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Pay range: $22-$28 per hour Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Data Entry Data Input: Input customer project information (accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes) obtained from forms or spreadsheets into Salesforce CRM database accurately and comprehensively Data Verification: Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain further information for incomplete records Data Integrity: Ensure consistency, quality and accuracy of all information entered Document Management: Organize and maintain files and spreadsheets to establish a record of original documents Report Generation: Ensure the timely and accurate input of data records Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications) Prior experience in a data entry or administrative support role Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on-approach Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Work Requirements
Must be 18 years in age or older Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook Willingness to work independently within a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required Knowledge/Skill Requirements
