TECHNICIEN / TECHNICIENNE DE MAINTENANCE DU BÂTIMENT
Rattaché-e à la division infrastructures et logistique, en votre qualité de technicien / technicienne du bâtiment, vous permettez à l’institution de fonctionner dans un environnement sûr, opérationnel et accueillant, en assurant la sécurité, la fonctionnalité, le dépannage et la qualité des locaux, ainsi que la satisfaction des collaborateurs et des usagers. Vous rapportez directement à l’administrateur du bâtiment.
Vos différentes missions
Veiller à la continuité de fonctionnement du site OCAS par une gestion optimale des locaux, des infrastructures techniques du bâtiment et des accès
Réaliser des interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective sur l’ensemble des infrastructures du bâtiment
Vérifier et coordonner les interventions des entreprises afin de garantir la qualité de service
Garantir la mise à disposition et le fonctionnement du mobilier, des fournitures de bureau et d’appareils selon les besoins des clients internes
Assurer la fonctionnalité des postes de travail et des salles de réunions.
Veiller au confort et à la sécurité des usagers
Contrôler la qualité et le suivi de la propreté des locaux avec les entreprises de nettoyage
Votre profil
CFC technique (par ex. électricien), idéalement complété par un brevet fédéral d’agent de maintenance
Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un métier technique du second oeuvre
Français : parfaite maîtrise à l’oral et à l’écrit
Solide connaissance des différents métiers du bâtiment et de la technique du bâtiment
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques classiques et bonne aisance dans l’utilisation d’outils informatiques. Connaissances d’Autocad et d’Exos Kaba, un atout
Être capable de réaliser des travaux courants de réparation et de maintenance dans différents domaines (électricité élémentaire, plomberie, menuiserie, serrurerie).
Être autonome, flexible, proactif / proactive, rigoureux / rigoureuse et organisé-e.
Faire preuve d’aisance relationnelle
Capacité à communiquer clairement
Capacité à prioriser les interventions dans un environnement opérationnel
