YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Reporting to the Global Product Manager for Accessories and working closely with the Engineering, Design, Market Intelligence, Planning, Marketing, Sales, and International departments, the Product Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

  • Research market and retail trends, identify opportunities, and manage the portfolio process (category selection and roadmap).
  • Develop project specifications aligned with customer and market needs to guide Design and Engineering throughout the development process.
  • Build and maintain profitability analyses (volumes, penetration, cannibalization) and adjust assumptions during the development cycle.
  • Collaborate with sales regions to optimize the overall offering; define features/benefits (PVA) and selling points for Marketing & Sales.
  • Create and maintain product information (PIM), marketing assets (DAM), and product strategy documentation (dealer/customer training).
  • Continuously identify growth drivers and influence cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, etc.) from a customer perspective.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Knowledge of or strong interest in motorsports; understanding of the parts and accessories (PG&A) segment.
  • College degree and/or relevant experience; experience in developing and selling business plans.
  • Strong analytical and scenario-planning skills; ability to manage priorities and multitask.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A good command of English is essential for this position due to frequent interactions with partners outside Quebec
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; with regular meetings in Valcourt (QC)
