About

Role Overview As a Copy Editor / Writer, you will play a critical role in elevating the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of SEO-driven content across multiple B2B and technology brands. You will primarily focus on editing and refining content produced by writers and AI tools, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with SEO strategy. In addition, you will contribute original written content such as articles, landing pages, and product explainers.
Core Responsibilities
Editing and refining drafts from writers and AI tools for tone, clarity, structure, and accuracy
Writing original SEO content including articles, landing pages, product explainers, and lead magnets
Ensuring all content adheres to brand voice, style guidelines, and editorial standards
Providing clear, constructive feedback to writers to improve content quality
Maintaining consistency across multiple brands and content formats
SEO Alignment & Quality Control
Aligning content with keyword strategy, search intent, and internal linking structures
Applying SEO best practices across all content outputs
Evaluating content depth and relevance to meet SERP expectations
Using AI tools responsibly while applying strong editorial judgment
Ensuring content is optimized for both search performance and user experience
Content Operations & Workflow
Managing and maintaining organized content pipelines across multiple projects
Supporting content production workflows from briefing to publishing
Maintaining editorial systems, templates, and documentation
Ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and production consistency are met
Requirements Must-Haves (Required)
2–4 years of experience in writing or editing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, marketing, or tech
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including search intent, structure, and optimization
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or SurferSEO
Exceptional grammar, attention to detail, and editorial judgment
Ability to adapt tone and voice across multiple brands
Experience providing feedback and guidance to writers
Strong organizational skills and ability to work within structured systems and workflows
Curiosity and sound judgment in using AI tools for content creation
Excellent written English communication skills
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
Experience with content operations or content management systems
Familiarity with B2B product positioning or UX writing
Experience working with SEO strategists or content agencies
Exposure to SaaS or technical content environments
