Aktuell betreuen unsere Investmentspezialisten ein Vermögen von ca. 64 Mrd. Euro, davon rund 18,5 Mrd. Euro in alternativen Investments.
Der Bereich Compliance, AML & Risk Management bei FERI ist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung aller regulatorischen Anforderungen. Er bündelt sämtliche relevanten Aktivitäten, Governance-Strukturen und Prozesse, die auf die Identifikation, Bewertung, Steuerung, Überwachung und Berichterstattung von Risiken im Unternehmen ausgerichtet sind. So trägt der Bereich maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung der Unternehmensintegrität und zur nachhaltigen Risikominimierung bei.
- Risk Assessment & Incident Management: Mitwirkung bei OpRisk‑Assessments (RCSA, Workshops), Bewertung von Risiken und Kontrollen (IKS) sowie Analyse von Schadens- und Beinaheereignissen inkl. Root‑Cause‑Analysen und Lessons Learned.
- Monitoring, Reporting & Datenanalyse: Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Risiko-Reportings, Überwachung wesentlicher Risikoklassen, Kontrollen und KRIs sowie Nachverfolgung von Risikosteuerungsmaßnahmen.
- Regulatorik & Governance: Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen, IFR‑Meldungen sowie Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und regulatorischer Konformität.
- Risikosteuerung & Methodenentwicklung: Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des OpRisk‑Frameworks und des Internen Kontrollsystems (Methoden, Tools, Prozesse), inkl. Governance‑ und Risikosteuerungsstrategien sowie Förderung des Risikobewusstseins in den Fachbereichen.
- Schnittstellen & Projekte: Ansprechpartner für Fachbereiche im OpRisk Umfeld, Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Funktionen IKT Risikomanagement- und Risikocontrolling
- Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement, Operational Risk oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung/Regulatory Advisory
- Kompetenzen: Kenntnisse in Risk Assessment, Monitoring und Steuerung operationeller Risiken
- Kenntnisse: Verständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen (insb. MaRisk, ggf. DORA, IFR-Grundlagen)
- EDV/IT: Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Affinität zu Datenanalysen und IT-gestützten Prozessen
- Fähigkeiten: Analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen, hohe Sorgfalt und Qualitätsorientierung
- Soft Skills: Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Lern- und Entwicklungsbereitschaft
- Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
