Bring unsere Cloud auf das nächste Level – sicher, modern und mit echtem unabhängige Wissensdrehscheibe engagiert sich die AGRIDEA seit 1958 proaktiv für nachhaltige, bodenständige Lösungen in der Land- und Ernährungswirtschaft. Die Vereinigung mit rund 120 Mitarbeitenden in Lindau, Lausanne und Cadenazzo vernetzt über ihre agronomischen und methodischen Kompetenzen verschiedenste Akteure und realisiert in starken Partnerschaften Kurse, Projekte, Publikationen sowie Software. Wir entwickeln unsere IT-Landschaft konsequent in Richtung Cloud. Unsere Microsoft 365- und Azure-Umgebungen sind bereits weit ausgebaut und wir stehen mitten in der Transformation. Gesucht wird eine Person, die Cloud-Kompetenz, Praxis und Begeisterung mitbringt, das erfahrene SysAdmin-Team stärkt und die Einführung moderner Cloud-Technologien aktiv vorantreibt.

Betrieb, Optimierung und Ausbau unserer Azure- und Microsoft 365-Umgebung (Entra, Intune, Defender, O365 u. a.)
Schrittweise Überführung verbleibender On-Premises-Systeme in die Cloud und gezielte Vereinfachung der hybriden Infrastruktur
Aktive Weiterentwicklung unserer Sicherheitsarchitektur und Resilienz (Identity & Access Management, Backup-Strategien, Endpoint Protection)
Unterstützung des Teams im IT-Alltag (Endgeräte, Büronetzwerk, lokale Systeme) mit zunehmendem Fokus auf cloudbasierte Lösungsansätze
Wissenstransfer im Team und Verankerung von Cloud-Kompetenz in der gesamten IT-Organisation
Das zeichnet dich aus
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft 365 und Azure-Diensten sowie ein solides Verständnis moderner Cloud-Infrastrukturen
Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und IT-Sicherheit sowie Erfahrung in der Integration von Cloud-Lösungen in bestehende Systemlandschaften
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Freude an technischen Herausforderungen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; ösisch von Vorteil
Relevante Zertifizierungen sowie Erfahrung mit DevOps-Praktiken oder Containerisierung sind ein Plus
