About
Als administratief medewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in het verwerken en analyseren van meetdata. Je werk heeft directe impact op de financiële processen van het bedrijf en de klanttevredenheid. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid, analytische blik en communicatieve vaardigheden draag je bij aan een soepel verloop van processen en een goede samenwerking binnen het team.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Valideren en corrigeren: het controleren, vaststellen en waar nodig corrigeren van meetdata vanuit een analyserende invalshoek.
- Prioriteren: samen met je collega’s bepalen welke werkzaamheden voorrang krijgen en hierin flexibel inzetbaar zijn.
- Signaleren en oplossen: knelpunten in meterstanden en verbruiken identificeren en oplossen door actief te schakelen met belanghebbenden.
- Samenwerken: afstemmen met collega’s van andere afdelingen wanneer processen elkaar kruisen en dit goed kunnen overzien.
- Beantwoorden van vragen: ondersteuning bieden aan collega’s vanuit de frontoffice en contact onderhouden met netbeheerders en leveranciers.

- Salaris tussen € 3000 en € 3650 per maand.
- Tijdelijk contract tot 1 oktober, met kans op verlenging.
- Fulltime functie voor 36 tot 40 uur per week.
- 25 vakantiedagen en 13 adv-dagen per jaar.
- Reiskostenvergoeding voor OV of eigen vervoer.

We zoeken een nauwkeurige en analytische professional die energie haalt uit procesoptimalisatie en klantgericht werken.
- Minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau.
- 1-2 jaar ervaring in administratieve functies.
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden.
- Kritisch denkvermogen en focus op procesverbetering.
- Flexibel en stressbestendig bij veranderende prioriteiten.
