Junior Recruiter / Active Sourcer (m/w/d) - Quereinstieg möglich
Deine Aufgaben
Active Sourcing von Fachkräften im Bauhaupt- und Baunebengewerbe
Direktansprache von Kandidaten via Telefon, LinkedIn und weiteren Plattformen
Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Kandidaten-Netzwerks im Baubereich
Rekrutierung und Betreuung von Kandidaten während des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Personalberatern und Kunden
Unterstützung beim Ausbau unseres bestehenden Netzwerks im Baugewerbe
Führen von Interviews sowie Vorselektion geeigneter Kandidaten
Administrative Aufgaben im Recruiting-Alltag
gesagt: Du bist mitten im Geschehen, baust aktiv Beziehungen auf und bringst die passenden Fachkräfte mit den richtigen Unternehmen zusammen.
Das bringst du mit
Erfahrung im Recruiting, Personalwesen oder Verkauf – idealerweise im Baugewerbe oder der Stellenvermittlung
Freude an der Kommunikation und am Umgang mit Menschen
Motivation, Kandidaten aktiv anzusprechen und Netzwerke aufzubauen
Sicheres Auftreten am Telefon und im direkten Kontakt
Ehrgeizige, zielorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Teamplayer-Mentalität sowie Freude an gemeinsamen Erfolgen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Gute MS-Office- und LinkedIn-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
