This is not a basic retail associate position. At Batteries Plus, our Customer Solutions Consultants work in a specialty environment where success comes from understanding customer needs, recommending the right products and services, and building trust through expertise. What This Role Is About Customer Solutions Consultants: Work directly with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions Sell products and coordinate services such as automotive key programming, device repair, and specialty battery solutions Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout Work alongside technicians and other team members to ensure seamless service Contribute to daily store performance and team success This role is built around solutions-first selling, where success comes from listening well, solving real problems, and delivering a strong customer experience. Pay & Earning Potential On-Target Earnings (OTE): $20.00
$23.50 per hour Includes hourly pay, weekend premium, and performance-based incentives Top performers exceed OTE through consistent results Paid training during your first 3 months Clear path to higher earnings and leadership opportunities Who This Role Is a Good Fit For This position is ideal for someone who: Has a stable work history and takes pride in reliability Enjoys working with customers in a professional environment Is motivated to learn and develop strong consultative selling skills Wants performance to be recognized and rewarded Is realistic, responsible, and growth-minded Has an interest in technology, automotive, or hands-on problem solving Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 18 years or older Valid driver's license Full-time availability including at least one weekend day Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small products 1 year of customer service, retail, or hands-on work experience preferred Why Batteries Plus?
