The Company is a privately operated financial services company specializing in lending support, mortgage solutions, and client-focused financial guidance. The company assists individuals and businesses with financing options, loan processing, and tailored financial solutions while maintaining a strong focus on customer relationships and long-term financial growth. Prepare weekly reports and update spreadsheets using CRM data. Send weekly application progress updates to referral partners. Complete monthly bank pricing request submissions. Assist with monthly client file audits using internal checklists. Manage social media scheduling, captions, resharing, engagement, and content uploads. Research social media trends and suggest relevant video/content ideas. Upload and schedule pre-written newsletters through the marketing platform. Support internal workflow organization using Monday.com. Previous experience in administration and reporting support. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Confident using spreadsheets and CRM systems. Monday.com experience highly regarded. Strong written English communication skills for captions and engagement. Ability to work independently and proactively. Monday.com experience VERY highly regarded Industry experience in mortgage broking not essential. Role suited to someone process-driven and comfortable with repetitive admin tasks. Business values initiative, reliability, and consistency.
