If you are passionate about helping others, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey!/ph3Overview/h3pOur CNAs will primarily be responsible for providing compassionate care and services to our residents in accordance with each residents service plan. This position will also be focused on promoting a person-centered care environment that recognizes quality of life and emotional health for all our residents, as well as all team members./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliCaring for residents in the community by adhering to all community policies and procedures./liliReviewing all tasks before performing cares to ensure updated cares are being completed./liliAssisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to include but not limited to: bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, shaving, nail care, hair care, eating, making bed, laundry, ambulating, and helping to activities and other functions./liliReporting unusual symptoms and resident concerns to supervisors immediately./liliMaintaining daily records by documenting tasks completed in the resident electronic medical record and notifying the Clinical Care Team of any changes./liliMonitoring the Clinical Care Call System for emergency calls and responding appropriately./liliAssisting all community staff, as needed, if own tasks are completed./liliProviding effective and courteous service to all residents, guests, and co-workers./liliAdministering medications as ordered by physicians and documenting medications administered on MAR./liliSigning in medication deliveries by the pharmacy./liliAssisting fellow team members in maintaining a clean, homelike environment that is free from hazards by tidying up spaces, cleaning up after residents, and ensuring that they always look presentable./liliObtaining resident vitals./liliInforming Management Team Directors of unsafe conditions in the building and/or reporting any suspected or actual abuse/neglect immediately./liliCompleting daily cleaning task as assigned./liliArriving for scheduled shifts on time./liliFollowing protocol for calling-in or trading shifts./liliCompleting shift-to-shift reporting at the beginning/end of shift with staff./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED./liliMust be an active Certified Nursing Assistant in Wisconsin/liliMust be 18+./liliMust be responsible, reliable, and professional./lili1+ years experience as Resident Aide, or similar position, in an assisted living or nursing facility required./liliCBRF Registry, CPR/AED certified, and Alzheimers/Dementia care experience preferred, but not required./li/ul/div
