Zu dem betreuten Immobilienportfolio zählen vorrangig hochwertige Gewerbeimmobilien in attraktiven Lagen deutscher Metropolregionen, welche ausschließlich im Bestand der eigenen Muttergesellschaft, sowie der durch diese vertretenen Fonds, gehalten werden.
Ab sofort suchen wir dich als Property Manager:in in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in Frankfurt. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position steuerst du eigenständig das Property Management unseres Bestandsportfolios im Umkreis von Frankfurt.
Mit viel Engagement und Eigeninitiative unterstützt Du uns auf unserem Expansionskurs: Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Verantwortung für unsere Gewerbeimmobilien in Frankfurt am Main und Umgebung und bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für Mieter, Behörden und Dienstleister.
- Als kaufmännische:r Property Manager:in arbeitest Du eng mit dem Asset Management und dem technischen Property Management zusammen und sicherst gemeinsam ein kosteneffizientes Gebäudemanagement.
- In diesem Zuge wirkst Du aktiv bei der Budgetplanung sowie bei Objektstrategien mit.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Prüfung und Kontierung von Eingangsrechnungen und legst hierbei die Umlagefähigkeit fest.
- Eigenverantwortlich erstellst Du fristgerecht die Betriebskostenabrechnungen.
- Zu Deinen administrativen Aufgaben gehören beispielsweise das Forderungs-management, Mietanpassungen und die Bearbeitung von Versicherungsfällen.
- Auch die kontinuierliche Stammdatenpflege sowie die Überwachung und Betreuung der Mietverträge liegen in Deinen Händen.
- Wir freuen uns über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur: zum Immobilienkauffrau: mann oder eine anderweitige kaufmännische Qualifikation mit Immobilienbezug, z. B. Immobilienfachwirt: in.
- Idealerweise verfügst Du über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Property Management bzw. in der Immobilienverwaltung – hier konntest Du deine gute Kombination aus kaufmännischem Know-how und technischem Verständnis bereits unter Beweis stellen – idealerweise bei der Betreuung von gewerblich genutzten Immobilien.
- Deine Zahlen und verwalterischen Prozesse hast Du im Griff und in der Erstellung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen sowie den entsprechenden Anwendungen bist Du routiniert.
- Du bist kommunikations- und verhandlungsstark und triffst im Gespräch mit Teamkolleg: innen, Vorgesetzten, Mietern und externen Dienstleistern stets den richtigen Ton.
- Auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen gehst du deine Projekte selbstständig und strukturiert an und überzeugst durch Flexibilität, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
