Data Scientist
Serves as a Data Scientist to establish and extract key insights using mathematical, problem-solving, and coding management of a wide variety of data (structured/unstructured). Create and implement data solutions and analytics for DoD using machine learning, statistical data analytics, predictive analytics. Create methods for extracting key parameters from sensor data (S/U). Correlate disparate datasets and events, and derive value using machine learning, data mining, and predictive analytics. Performs highly unstructured and complex projects. Designs analytical approaches to organizing research into segments. Defines/clarifies issues through coordination, research, and data collection. Renders expert judgment on soundness of models and other analytical techniques. Prepares reports and briefings that summarize results. Experience/strong familiarity with data mining, NLP, and sentiment analysis of social media datasets. Dimensionality reduction and related analytics methods: clustering, sequences, networks, time series, deep learning, regression analysis, time series, probabilistic models, supervised classification and unsupervised learning, statistical analytics. Experience with Python and R. Experience with using business intelligence tools (Jupyter, Tableau). Clearance: Secret. Job Type: Full-time Hybrid: 2-3 Days/Week Onsite Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000. Qualifications:
Qualifications: BS in Computer Science / Engineering (or related career field) 5+ years of experience w/ Data Science Masters degree +3 years relevant experience w/ Data Science High School Diploma or equivalent + 9 years relevant experience w/ Data Science. Why is This a Great Opportunity:
