The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and can make an impact quickly through both clinical education and multichannel engagement./ppThe Diabetes Sales Representative is responsible for driving education, market development, and sales execution within an assigned territory to increase utilization of MiniMed Smart MDI (Multiple Daily Injections) solution. Smart MDI combines a smart insulin pen, a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), and a smartphone app to deliver personalized, data-driven insights for insulin dosing./ppThis role focuses on primary care targets, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and additional healthcare team members./ppWhats in it for you?/pulliCompetitive compensation/liliExcellent Benefits

2024)/liliCertified Great Place to Work (2022, 2023, 2025)/li/ulpWhat will you be doing?/pulliDrive demand for Smart MDI through clinical selling and education with primary care providers/liliEstablish, maintain, and grow strong relationships with HCPs (Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs, etc.)/liliCommunicate key sales messaging, patient benefits, and product information/liliDevelop and execute efficient routing plans and territory strategies/liliUse technical expertise to demonstrate Smart MDI capabilities across multiple channels (in-person and virtual)/liliAchieve or exceed defined sales and activity targets/liliComplete daily administrative responsibilities and required reporting/liliMaintain full compliance with all Inizio and MiniMed policies, ethics, and training requirements/liliWork collaboratively with geographic partners and cross-functional teams/liliTravel up to 20% of the time (territory-dependent)/liliOvernight travel required/liliMust have a dependable automobile with insurance coverage in compliance with company guidelines/li/ulpWhat do you need for this position?/pulliBachelors degree or equivalent work experience/lili2+ years of field sales experience (Pharma or B2B)/liliPrior pharmaceutical sales experience required/liliExperience with diabetes injectables or CGM strongly preferred/liliStrong technical acumen with ability to educate, demonstrate, and influence across multiple channels/liliExcellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills/liliSelf-driven, motivated, with a hunter/entrepreneurial mindset/liliValid drivers license and clean driving record/li/ulpAbout Inizio Engage/ppInizio Engage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner that specializes in healthcare.
