Senior Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer MedTech Contract Manufacturing Europe (m/w/d)Du baust unser europäisches Neukundengeschäft im Bereich medizintechnische Auftragsfertigung auf und positionierst MT.DERM als zuverlässigen Fertigungspartner für sterile und nicht sterile medizinische Kunststoffbaugruppen – mit deutschem Projekt- und Qualitätsinterface sowie kosteneffizienter Produktion in Indien.
Dabei gewinnst Du MedTech-OEMs, Start-ups, Private-Label-Anbieter sowie Unternehmen mit Outsourcing- oder Cost-down-Bedarf und begleitest diese vom Erstkontakt über die qualifizierte Angebotsanfrage bis hin zum Projektstart.
Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:
- Aufbau und Entwicklung einer qualifizierten Kundenpipeline in Deutschland und Europa
- Identifikation und aktive Ansprache von MedTech-Herstellern, Start-ups, Entwicklungsdienstleistern und Private-Label-Anbietern
- Vertrieb von Auftragsfertigungsleistungen in den Bereichen Kunststoffspritzguss, Montage, Reinraummontage, Verpackung und externe Sterilisation
- Strukturierung, Qualifizierung und Bewertung von Kundenanfragen, technischen Anforderungen und RFQs
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, QA/RA, Engineering sowie der Geschäftsführung in Deutschland und Indien
- Teilnahme an Fachmessen und Branchenevents, beispielsweise der COMPAMED
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. Studium im Bereich Medizintechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit technischem Schwerpunkt
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, Business Development oder technischen Vertrieb
- Idealerweise Erfahrung aus der Medizintechnik, Kunststofftechnik, Auftragsfertigung oder einer regulierten Zulieferindustrie
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen CDMO/CMO, Verpackung, Sterilisation oder medizintechnische Fertigung
- Gutes Verständnis relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen, insbesondere ISO 13485, MDR, Prozessvalidierung, Verpackungsvalidierung, Sterilisation und Supplier Qualification
- Technisches Verständnis von Kunststoffspritzguss, Montageprozessen, Reinraumfertigung oder medizintechnischen Baugruppen
- Idealerweise bestehendes Netzwerk zu MedTech-Herstellern, Entwicklungsdienstleistern oder Entscheidern aus Einkauf, Operations oder QA/RA
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Unternehmerische Denkweise, hohe Eigenmotivation und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
