High school degree or equivalent Ability to balance service, sales, and operational responsibilities Professional and polished communication and rapport-building skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfort using technology and CRM (customer relationship management) systems Heart for hospitality and customer service Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mentality Preferred - Hospitality, customer service, or client-facing experience
The Work You'll Do As Our Member Services Coordinator:
Deliver exceptional support to new and current members and elevate the membership experience to encourage long-term retention Treat every member respectfully and professionally Walk members through membership options, upgrades, and new services while answering any questions Onboard new members and ensure positive experiences from the very first interaction Proactively engage with members and find ways to increase participation and engagement Quickly and professionally address any problems or concerns Expertly manage corporate memberships and relationships Assist in other areas as needed
