Als Key Account Manager (m/w/d) bist du zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Key Accounts und dafür verantwortlich, bestehende Beziehungen zu vertiefen.
- Weiterentwickeln der Strategie für den Global Key Account
- Pflege und Ausbau der Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern beim Key Account und Geschäftspartnern
- Beratung und Koordination internationaler Kundenprojekte in Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Fachabteilungen und Operations
- Verhandlungen und Gestaltung von Rahmenverträgen, Konditionen sowie Angebotsprozessen und Übernahme der Abschlussverantwortung
- • Preisverhandlungen der Projekte sowie Jahrespreisverhandlungen durchführen und abschließen
- Präsentation unseres Unternehmens und Leistungsportfolios auf allen Geschäftsebenen
- Repräsentanz auf nationalen und internationalen Fachmessen
- Analyse komplexer technischer Anforderungen und Erarbeitung von Kundenstrategien, Account Plänen und individuellen Lösungsangeboten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Richtung
- Alternativ abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung und Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb und Key Account Management
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Leiterplattenfertigung oder Technologiekenntnisse im Bereich der Elektronik in der Automobil-/Industriebranche sind von Vorteil
- Freude an der partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
- Reisebereitschaft, auch im internationalen Umfeld
- Überzeugendes und kundenorientiertes Kommunikationstalent und ein hohes Maß an Empathie für unterschiedliche Stakeholder
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, zugleich „out of the box“ Denkvermögen zur Lösungsfindung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Dienstsitz Home Office oder inhouse (Headquarter Schramberg/Schwarzwald)
