In this role, you will collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynecology services. You'll play a key role in advancing health equity by providing culturally responsive, patient-centered care that supports prevention, wellness, and improved health outcomes across diverse and underserved populations.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver comprehensive OB/GYN care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment

  • Promote preventive health, reproductive care, and family planning services

  • Partner with patients and families to develop personalized, culturally sensitive care plans

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide clinical decision-making

  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and contraceptive options

  • Educate and empower patients to actively participate in their health and wellness

  • Collaborate with and guide interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record

  • Support public health efforts, including reporting and disease prevention initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Clinical expertise in Obstetrics and Gynecology

  • A strong commitment to health equity, access, and community-based care

  • Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams

  • Knowledge of current clinical practices, protocols, and innovations

  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology
