Ben jij iemand die graag alles goed organiseert en discreet te werk gaat? En ben je beschikbaar op woensdag, donderdag en vrijdag? Voor Amega zijn we op zoek naar een management assistent die het leuk vindt om onze directie te ondersteunen en ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt. Je komt te werken in een dynamische omgeving, met veel zelfstandigheid en een fijne werksfeer.
Wat ga je doen in deze functie?
Als management assistent ondersteun jij onze directie bij het plannen, organiseren en voorbereiden van werkzaamheden en afspraken. Samen met jouw 2 collega's zorg jij ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt als rechterhand van onze directieleden.
Daarnaast bestaan je werkzaamheden o.a. Uit:
- Plannen en coördineren van interne en externe afspraken;
- eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor contacten die de directie willen spreken;
- warm ontvangst verzorgen voor bezoekers en relaties;
- voorbereiden en notuleren van vergaderingen.
Ben jij de nieuwe collega die wij zoeken?
- MBO+/ HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Bij voorkeur een secretariële of administratieve opleiding.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (schriftelijk en mondeling).
- 1 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Je bent discreet en betrouwbaar.
- Sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteren.
- Representatief, gastvrij en communicatief vaardig.
- Beschikbaar voor 24 uur per week op woensdag, donderdag en vrijdag.
