Bona Voluntate Senior Sales Consultant Remote·Full time Apply for Senior Sales Consultant As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the CBD and hemp industry. You will leverage your knowledge of CBD products, regulations, and market trends to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business goals. You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, using proven sales strategies and industry expertise to exceed targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the CBD marketplace, including product applications, compliance considerations, and customer education, to effectively position our brand as a trusted partner in the industry.

Description Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within the CBD and hemp industry.
Identify and prospect new clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.
Understand clients’ business needs, regulatory considerations, and product goals to recommend appropriate CBD solutions and services.
Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the CBD marketplace.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing, with a focus on long‑term partnerships and repeat business.
Product and Industry Knowledge
Stay up to date with CBD and hemp industry trends, regulatory updates, market developments, and competitor activities.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s CBD products and services, including applications, compliance considerations, and value propositions.
Educate clients on product benefits, use cases, and industry best practices while positioning the company as a trusted industry partner.
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and an excellent customer experience.
Provide feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and sales processes.
Sales Reporting and Analysis
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion rates, and optimize sales performance.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the CBD, hemp, nutraceutical, or supplement industry.
Strong understanding of CBD products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
$70,000 annual salary plus 10% commission on gross profit.
Health and dental insurance
Only if based in Michigan
If based outside of Michigan, you will be compensated the estimated amount for your states insurance levels into your salary
