Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and/or foot patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This armed and driving post offers the chance to support daily operations with strong communication, professionalism, and integrity while working as part of a caring, reliable, and innovative team.

Job Schedule:
DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 12:30 AMWed01:00 PM - 06:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and communication with local law enforcement when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential theft activity, and document observations according to site expectations.
- Support access control and security-related reporting by checking credentials when required, maintaining visible presence throughout the location, and completing detailed incident reports before the end of each shift.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or 5 or more years of armed security-related experience.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
