Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: - Performs diagnostic testing procedures, obtains arterial gases, initiates respiratory protocols, administers medications, and troubleshoots respiratory equipment.

Shift & Scheduling: - May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.

Floating Requirements: - May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.

Required Credentials: - Required Education: Graduate of a NBRC approved Respiratory Therapist program is required. -Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
