This is about fitness for the 96% of people who don't go to the gym and who haven't already built habits around fitness. Operating at the intersection of spatial and wearable AI, we build experiences that prove exercise can be genuinely fun and for everyone. With over 100,000 users, we have product-market fit and are profitable with an exceptional team of ~35 people and a heavy innovation arc ahead of us. Right now, our biggest unlock is compressing weeks of research, prototyping and validation into days. You'll be joining us on that journey and helping accelerate it. This role is fully remote from the UK, East Coast US or Spain. What You'll Be Doing
With a particular focus on 0 to 1 projects, you'll be using AI to power your workflow of research, prototype, validate, refine and ship. Research
- Get to know users better than anyone. Build custom tools that pull signal from a wide range of sources – reviews, communities, behavioral data – synthesize it fast and use it to stay laser-focused on the changes that actually help people build a fitness habit and hit their goals. Prototype
– Rapidly turn problems and opportunities from research into lo-fi prototypes. Using the right AI tooling, you'll go from insight to something testable incredibly quickly. Validate
– Engage with users fast and often. Pressure-test assumptions and get feedback on what's actually landing before spending time polishing. Refine
– Turning a validated idea into something polished requires a strong design eye and it's probably where AI helps least but using coding agents to get here faster and with more confidence has enormous impact. Ship
- Work closely with engineering on the handover from prototype to production-ready code and stay involved through launch and iteration. What We're Looking For
You have exceptionally strong design taste You've used AI to collapse the time between user insight and validated prototype You're keen to push the boundaries between design and engineering, using coding agents to ship yourself wherever possible You care about the details but you don't let them slow you down - fast when it needs to be fast, polished when it needs to be polished You have strong opinions and aren't shy advocating for users but you know the goal is to move things forward together, not to win the argument You've delivered in fully remote teams and thrive with collaborative, async work Maybe Skip This If
