The position owns and manages the complete sales process for all opportunities to sell the Companys solutions and services, exceed sales quotas and goals, and generate revenue. The role focuses on large, enterprise-level organizations./pulliDublin, CA/liliIrvine, CA/liliLos Angeles, CA/liliSan Diego, CA/liliSan Francisco, CA/liliRiverside, CA/liliAustin, TX/liliDallas, TX/liliHouston, TX/li/ulpWhat you will do/pulliDevelops strategic sales plans and objectives within a defined territory, targets new business from a diversified portfolio of industries and executes plans to build pipelines, relationships, and close new business for large, enterprise-level organizations/liliCultivates profitable and substantial referral relationships and drives activity volume of client leads through targeted sales prospecting techniques, such as cold calling and networking both in person and through professional online channels, to develop diverse partnerships that leads to introductions and credible business opportunities/liliAnalyzes and probes defined markets and enterprise prospects to fully understand decision making trends and quickly qualify or disqualify leads/liliEstablishes and grows solid, long-term relationships with prospects to successfully earn trust and advise on the positive impact the Company can make in providing a value-add solution to improve their competitive position in the marketplace and support their business goals/liliApplies sales practices throughout the new business process utilizing the organizations sales technology and tools to effectively manage enterprise-level prospect data, activity, and results/liliProduces detailed reports and analyzes data to determine strategic changes needed to increase the achievement of sales quotas and goals/liliProvides support to other sales consultants and assists with large and/or complex prospective customers/liliPerforms other duties as assigned/liliComplies with all policies and standards/li/ulpEducation Qualifications/pulliBachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred/li/ulpExperience Qualifications/pulliTypically, 8+ years/liliPEO Experience Required/li/ulpSkills and Abilities/pulliExceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills/liliAbility to demonstrate confidence and expertise knowledge in products and services/liliSolid skills in data analytics, account management, and technology/liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite/liliExcellent attention to details and organizational skills/li/ulpWork Environment/pulliWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting.
