About

Facey Medical Foundation is seeking a full-time Cardiology nurse practitioner to join an established practice in Tarzana, California. Join this dedicated and collegial team in Southern California.

  • Full-time position
  • Fully outpatient
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Compensation is between $167,932 and $213,476 per year
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above

Where You'll Work

Facey Medical Foundation is the MSO for Facey Medical Group with offices in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Simi valleys. Facey employs over 240 physicans specializing in everything from Internal Medicine and Pediatrics to Women's Health Services (OB/Gyn) and Orthopedic Surgery. Facey has a large contracted network of specialists to better meet patient needs and expectations. Facey proudly operates two fully functional Urgent Care Centers (Santa Clarita + San Fernando) and has repeatedly received awards for clinical excellence.

Tarzana, located inside the boundaries of Los Angeles, is likely the only neighborhood in the United States named after an early 20th century pulp hero. This western LA neighborhood sits on the site of a ranch owned by Edgar Rice Burroghs, the creator of Tarzan, the storied jungle adventurer. The area features a temperate climate, a comfortably low population density, and easy access to California parkland, giving it a small-town feel inside of LA.
