Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (Contract) – Nonprofit Contract | Remote (U.S.-based) | Immediate start
Initial 2–3 month engagement | 25–30 hours/week (may increase short-term)
Role Overview Future-Able is supporting a large, mission-driven nonprofit organization with near-term digital marketing capacity needs. We are seeking a Senior Manager–level Digital Marketing professional to provide immediate contract support across nonprofit digital fundraising and performance marketing. This role focuses on hands‑on execution, coordination, and agency partnership, working closely with cross‑functional partners and external agencies to support ongoing digital marketing initiatives during a period of organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of full‑funnel digital fundraising initiatives across paid media, paid social, email, and website optimization.
Assist with cross‑channel campaign planning, execution, and optimization to support acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.
Monitor campaign performance and contribute to data‑informed optimization and testing efforts.
Agency & Cross‑Functional Coordination
Serve as a day‑to‑day partner to the digital agency of record, ensuring work is on brief, on time, and aligned with objectives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional marketing partners to align brand and performance efforts across the funnel.
Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and regular planning and reporting rhythms.
Operations, Analytics & Optimization
Support digital conversion rate optimization initiatives in partnership with internal teams and agency partners.
Assist with performance reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decision‑making.
Support emergency and rapid‑response digital activations as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
6–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or digital fundraising.
Experience operating at a Senior Manager or Assistant Director level.
Prior experience in nonprofit, social impact, or mission‑driven organizations strongly preferred.
Comfortable executing within a defined strategy and collaborative environment.
Strong cross‑functional collaborator with experience working alongside external agencies.
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, FundraiseUp, paid media platforms, and analytics or BI tools preferred.
Able to step in quickly, manage priorities, and operate effectively in a changing environment.
Contract role.
Hours: Expected to average 25–30 hours per week initially, with the potential for increased hours in the short term based on immediate program needs.
Scope and duration may evolve based on ongoing organizational needs.
Remote (U.S.-based).
