Legal & Compliance Expert
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor HR-compliance binnen operations (arbeidswetgeving, sectorafspraken, GDPR, audits, sociale relaties).
Vanuit je juridische achtergrond of ervaring, gebruik je deze expertise rechtstreeks om beleid, processen en complexe dossiers juridisch correct te beheren en op te stellen.
Architect van efficiëntie
op basis van data optimaliseer en digitaliseer je de HR-processen. Jouw werk heeft een directe impact op de werking van het hele ziekenhuis. Op basis van heldere data en rapportering bied je de nodige inzichten aan de business.
Regisseur van verandering
Je vertaalt complexe HR-uitdagingen naar efficiënte, gedocumenteerde workflows. Jouw aanpak verlaagt de werkdruk en verhoogt de dienstverlening.
Leiderschap met impact
Je inspireert een ervaren operations-team en bouwt verder aan een cultuur van continue verbetering en procesdiscipline.
Tactisch & mensgericht
Je combineert operationele precisie (systemen, data, compliance) met een coachende leiderschapsstijl.
Wat verwachten we van jou in deze functie bij Jessa?
Team Management: Je stuurt het HR operations-team aan, verdeelt de workload en ondersteunt hen in de digitale transformatie.
Proces Optimalisatie: Je auditeert samen met proceseigenaars bestaande processen (zoals loonverwerking, opleidingen, contractbeheer, tijdsregistratie) zodat deze altijd kwalitatief, efficiënt en mensgericht verlopen.
Digitaliserings-expert: Je ondersteunt projecten/initiatieven om ons HR Information Systeem optimaal te benutten en verdere automatisatie mogelijk te maken.
Compliance & Legal Expertise: Je staat in voor:
HR-compliance binnen operations
Kwaliteitscontroles op data en processen
Correct vertalen van wetgeving en sectorafspraken naar Jessa processen
Ondersteunen van de CAO onderhandelingen
Juridische toetsing van beleid, processen en complexe dossiers
Eén centrale bron van informatie: Je bouwt een interne kennisdatabank uit waarin processen en werkinstructies duidelijk zijn gedocumenteerd.
Profiel Ervaring: Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in HR Operations, bij voorkeur in een complexe organisatie of de zorgsector, met ervaring in het aansturen of coördineren van een team.
Opleiding: Masterdiploma in HR, Bedrijfskunde, Rechten, Psychologie of een aanverwante richting.
Juridische Kennis: Sterke ervaring of achtergrond in arbeidsrecht.
Sterk analytisch vermogen en focus op continue verbetering: Op basis van data vereenvoudig je processen en stel je de status quo kritisch in vraag.
Projectmanagement: Je bent sterk in implementaties en vertrouwd met projecttools.
Leiderschap: Je communiceert helder, empathisch en resultaatgericht.
Stakeholdermanagement: Je bouwt bruggen en werkt nauw samen met Finance, ICT, Legal, directie en andere stakeholders.
