Additional Job Info:

This position offers a base hourly wage of $23.35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Overview:

Love helping others rise to the occasion and keeping the Fresh Food line running smoothly? As a Fresh Food Trainer, you’ll be the go-to guide for new and current team members—coaching, cheering, and helping everyone shine while keeping production moving.

Responsibilities:
  1. Help create a positive, respectful work environment by leading with great energy and bringing our Sheetz culture to life every day.
  2. Show up with a friendly, welcoming attitude - especially when helping new team members get comfortable and confident.
  3. Keep training on track by completing documentation accurately and staying organized.
  4. Stay tuned into training progress and jump in with support or adjustments to help team members succeed.
  5. Share clear, helpful feedback (both written and verbal) to support growth and development.
  6. Speak up with ideas to improve SOPs and help keep processes fresh and effective.
  7. Share feedback on training materials and help keep them up to date and easy to follow.
  8. Stay ready to jump in anywhere by being trained (or willing to be trained) across all areas of the department.
Qualifications:

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

  • Sheetz training or trade training in production environment
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
  • Foodservice or food manufacturing experience preferred
  • Must be actively working in department hiring trainer

Licenses/Certifications

  • None required

Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):

  • Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.)
  • Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
  • Foodservice equipment such as slicers, knives, etc.
