Capital Surrogacy is seeking women interested in becoming gestational surrogates (gestational carriers) to help another family grow through pregnancy and childbirth.

Surrogate Qualifications

To qualify as a surrogate, applicants must:

  • Be currently raising at least one child and have custody
  • Have no criminal history (including others living in the household)
  • Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
  • Have stable household income
  • Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel when necessary
  • Have no history of drug or alcohol abuse
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle and weight
  • Have a stable and supportive home environment
  • Have a genuine desire to help another family experience parenthood
