Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Join our team at Arbor Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an LPN with previous experience. Must have an NJ LPN License. Compensation: $31.50 - $40.50 per hour Job Type: Full Time & Part Time Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year Responsibilities of LPN:
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided
Qualifications of LPN:
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state New Jersey Ability to work with multiple patients at once Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
