Step into an employed orthopedic surgery opportunity designed for sustainability, flexibility, and professional fulfillment. This position allows you to practice broad-spectrum orthopedic surgery while shaping a practice that aligns with your clinical interests. You will join an established, collaborative orthopedic team supported by experienced advanced practice providers, dedicated clinical staff, and health system leadership committed to physician success.


The role offers predictable scheduling, immediate operating room block time, and access to advanced technology, including Mako robotics and an Epic electronic medical record with Dragon dictation. With strong market demand and succession planning in place, this opportunity provides long-term practice stability and the ability to grow your patient panel at a supported pace.


Opportunity Highlights

  • Employed orthopedic surgery position within an established hospital-based group practice
  • General orthopedic role with the ability to subspecialize approximately 50 percent in areas such as total joints or sports medicine among others
  • Two-year guaranteed base salary of $660,000 with additional wRVU incentives
  • Recruitment incentive package up to $150,000
  • Mako robotic-assisted surgery and Epic electronic medical record with Dragon dictation (
  • Shared call model with 1:4 rotation and no designated trauma center responsibilities  
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, continuing medical education allowance, malpractice coverage, and retirement plans
