- Konzeption und Implementierung hochverfügbarer Backend-Services auf Basis von Kotlin/Spring Boot sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der Systemarchitektur
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs durch One-Click-Deployments, Dry-Runs und die fachliche Begleitung von Rollouts
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Stakeholder, POs und angrenzende Teams (z. B. Analytics) zur Klärung technischer und fachlicher Fragestellungen
- Analyse komplexer Geschäftsprozesse sowie Definition und Refinement von User Stories in enger Abstimmung mit dem Business
- proaktive Fehleranalyse und -behebung auf Produktions- und Q-Umgebungen
- Sie leben den "You build it, you run it"-Ansatz und optimieren automatisierte CI/CD-Pipelines sowie Cloud-Infrastrukturen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Kotlin (JVM), Fokus auf Qualität & Security (z. B. JUnit, SonarQube, OWASP)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Spring Boot, Persistenz-Technologien (JPA/Hibernate, Flyway) sowie Microservices- und Event-driven Architekturen (z. B. Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Erfahrung mit Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD-Pipelines und Cloud-Plattformen
- Fundiertes Know-how in Design Patterns, DDD, agiler Softwareentwicklung (Scrum/Kanban) sowie sicheres Stakeholder‑Management
- Hands on Mentalität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein für den Produktivbetrieb; Full‑Stack- und erste KI-Erfahrungen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
